Hi Bob, Thanks for the data. I thought the population was around 125,000 but I was obviously working off of old numbers. It is a beautiful area either way :-)!

Well lets get a few facts about that small little community:

Area: 81 square miles
17th largest in the state of Texas
148th largest in the country

This is not a healthy discourse between us. We have very different views of what actually happened and, ultimately much more importantly, of God, Jesus and Salvation. You had your say in court and now you have had your say on my blog. I will leave this up for a day or so and then I will delete your posts and even close the blog to comments if you feel the need to persist in making remarks here.

I think your anger and pain are hurting your understanding of Jesus' work on the cross and our relationship to that work.

Salvation is not earned and it is not reserved for 'good' people. In fact, I think it is just the opposite. I am thankful for the amazing grace that reached out to me, a wretched sinner, before I ever even considered asking for it.

If you care to continue the conversation with me by letter when I am in prison, I would be willing to do that. At some point I would like to be able to have an open dialogue about all that has transpired, but obviously now is not the right time. So I am going to close our conversation down on here for the time being.
